This year has flown by so very quickly. April is just about finished, and May hard on it's heels. What have we been doing? Good question.
We went with our friend Chris to check out a house. He's considering purchasing it and relocating it to his lot. It needs a bit of work, but Chris has all of the requisite skills, knowledge, and common sense. We poked around inside and took a few measurements. The structure is essentially sound, and though it looks rough, has great potential.
We hope he goes for it!
