We
looked at an awful lot of houses. We found the market to be pretty limited given
our desired price range and our aversion to zero-lot lines.
Then we drove past this one. We really like it, and the garage is a bonus!
Two large bedrooms, one smallish windowless room that used to be a bedroom, one bath. Fireplace! It's 1,260 square feet (not counting the garage), on a bit over 7,000 square foot lot. Plenty of room for Abby, gardening, and all that good stuff.
