Best lamb ever. Really.

Went to Captain Chuck’s for dinner tonight. Sherri had rack of lamb on the special board. Wow. Tender, flavorful, lightly seasoned. All the lamb-y goodness melting in my mouth.  I shared. Grudgingly. Pick the plate up and lick it good.
