Fire Island Rustic Bakeshop rocks.
Late lunch, errand at City Hall, and a ‘shortcut’ (nudge nudge wink wink) past the bakery. I arrived just as the Ginger Molasses cookies came out of the oven.
Normally they’re made into a sandwich with lemon filling. Tasty, but I prefer them pure and unadulterated.
