Day of birth

Scott and Elizabeth were both born on a Friday. I was born on a Tuesday. What day of the week was your natal day?

Mondays child is fair of face,
Tuesdays child is full of grace,
Wednesdays child is full of woe,
Thursdays child has far to go,
Fridays child is loving and giving,
Saturdays child works hard for his living,
And the child that is born on the Sabbath day
Is bonny and blithe and good and gay.

I check in on your blog once in a blue moon and was amazed when I discovered the new arrival in your life. Congratulations Scott and Jenny on your beautiful Elizabeth Kate. Sorry that her arrival is not exactly how you would have chosen, but what an amazing job you both did with all the kangaroo care and work on breastfeeding. Not sure if you know that I am nearly finished a Bachelor in Midwifery, and coincidentally I have just completed a two week clinical placement in a special care nursery so your pictures and tales of NICU life seemed very familiar to me. Enjoy this amazing (yet oddly sleepless!) time in your life, and again, congratulations.
